Afro-Yoruba heritage and educational programs in Latin America.
Asia & Oceania Council
Emerging royal chapters and heritage schools across Asia & the Pacific.
Secretariat
Supervised by the Global Secretariat and Royal Council.
B. National Chapters — Each national chapter operates under the authority of the Secretary-General’s Office and must seek approval before public activities to ensure unity with AOYAD’s global framework.
- Organize approved cultural festivals and royal seminars.
- Register and verify members.
- Promote unity among local Yoruba communities.
- Submit plans and reports for Secretariat authorization.
- Represent AOYAD at government or royal events only under official directive.
Each Chapter Has: AOYAD Emblem and Royal Seal; Registered Charter Number; National Executive Committee (President, VP, Secretary-General, Treasurer, PRO).

New chapters may only be formed under the instruction and supervision of the Secretary-General’s Office. Requirements:
- 1️⃣ At least 10 Yoruba royals or descendants in the country.
- 2️⃣ Official proposal and constitution compliance form.
- 3️⃣ ₦1,000,000.00 Charter Fee (or local equivalent).
- 4️⃣ Formation of an interim committee subject to approval.
Once approved, AOYAD issues a Certificate of Charter and a Royal Seal of Recognition.
