AOYAD — Projects Across Africa

1️⃣ Our Continental Vision

AOYAD is more than a cultural body — it is a Royal Development Movement. Our mission is to rebuild Yoruba identity through culture, education, enterprise, and royal collaboration in every African nation where Yoruba people reside.

This initiative embodies our belief that culture is a foundation for social and economic transformation — not a museum piece.

2️⃣ The African Heritage Project (AHP)

Mandated under Article 13 — the African Heritage Project ensures that Yoruba culture flourishes across the continent through education, documentation, and creative enterprise.

🌿

Establish Yoruba Language & Cultural Schools in every country with Yoruba presence.

🤝

Promote inter-royal and inter-community exchange programs across African states.

🏛️

Create Royal Cultural Centers as hubs for Yoruba descendants.

📜

Document and preserve oral histories, crafts, and traditions unique to each region.

Core Objectives

The AHP focuses on language, cultural institutions, heritage documentation, and community exchange to preserve identity while building future livelihoods.
